It took a long time, but Nobbi´s Net is now running with Joomla 1.5!
On the first view, there aren´t so many changes, the template and the structure are the same, but beneath the hood a lot of new things came up. I didn´t only change from Fireboard to Kunena and from DocMan to RokDownloads, but I also integratet with RokComments an external possibility for comments. Furthermore with QuickFAQ there is an extensions for the frequently asked questions.
For all of you, who are coming around my site sometimes, it´s not new, that the development of the GITS – Warrants component is sluggish and intermittent. Unfortunately this won`t change in future. I´m used of capacity with my full-time-job, my side job, my family and my hobby here.
Brand new here is the category “Language Files”. For a little fee, you can download german language files, which I have translated or I had big part of their translation. At the moment the german language files for the commercial social networking extension “JomSocial” and for the download component “RokDownloads” are available. More should coming up in future.

Für alle, die öfter mal hier vorbei schauen, ist es ja nichts neues, dass die Entwicklung der GITS - Steckbriefkomponente relativ schleppend und auch stoßweiße voran schreitet. Daran wird sich auch in Zukunft leider nichts ändern. Ich bin mit meinem Hauptjob, dem Nebenjob, meiner Familie und dem Hobby hier, ziemlich ausgelastet.
Ganz neu gibt es jetzt die Kategorie "Sprachdateien". Hier könnt Ihr gegen einen geringen Obulus deutsche Sprachdateien runterladen, die ich übersetzt habe, bzw. bei deren Übersetzung ich einen großen Anteil hatte. Derzeit gibts die aktuellen Sprachdateien für die kommerzielle Social Networking Erweiterung "JomSocial", für die Download Komponente "RokDownloads" sowie für die brandneue Joomla Shop Erweiterung "RokQuickCart" und die Affiliate Tracking Komponente "AMIGOS" von Dioscouri Design. Es sollen aber noch mehr werden.
